Last updated: September 6, 2026

This Policy explains what may not be created, uploaded, scheduled, or published through Postnero. It forms part of the Postnero Terms of Service.

1. Content rights and account authority

Use only content you created, own, licensed, or have permission to use. Connect and publish only to social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Do not impersonate another person or organization, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or misrepresent the source of content.

2. Prohibited content

Do not use Postnero for sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, exploitative, harmful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal content. Content that sexualizes or exploits minors is strictly prohibited. Malware, phishing, spam, threats, regulated illegal goods, and instructions intended to facilitate wrongdoing are also prohibited.

3. Platform abuse and artificial engagement

Do not use Postnero to sell, exchange, guarantee, or artificially manipulate followers, likes, views, comments, clicks, traffic, or other engagement. Do not evade platform safeguards, access accounts without authorization, scrape or mass-copy third-party content, or use unofficial downloaders or rippers through the service.

4. Publishing controls

Follow TikTok, Instagram, and other connected-platform rules, including privacy, commercial disclosure, branded-content, and music-use requirements. Review each post and its destination account before scheduling or publishing. Postnero does not guarantee publication, reach, engagement, or commercial results.

5. Enforcement and reporting

Postnero may block content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, protect users or third parties, comply with law, or respond to platform or payment-provider requirements. Report suspected violations to support@postnero.com.
