Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Postnero, a web application for creating, scheduling, and publishing creator-owned photo carousels to connected social accounts such as TikTok and Instagram.

1. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, providing accurate information, and all activity performed through it. You must have authority to connect and publish to any social account you authorize.

2. Creator content

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, layouts, and other content you provide. You grant Postnero a limited permission to store, process, render, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out your publishing instructions. You must have the rights to any content you post, including music and third-party materials.

3. Connected platforms

Connecting TikTok or Instagram is optional and uses each platform’s official authorization and publishing APIs. Instagram connection uses Instagram Login for professional accounts only. Postnero does not publish to a personal Facebook profile or cross-post Instagram content to Facebook. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s terms, policies, account settings, and limits. You choose whether and when content is submitted for publishing, including privacy and commercial disclosure settings where the destination platform requires them.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the Postnero Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to create, upload, schedule, or publish sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, exploitative, harmful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal content; content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context; malware or spam; or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property rights, applicable law, or connected-platform policies.

Postnero may not be used to sell or manipulate followers, likes, views, comments, clicks, traffic, or other engagement; impersonate others; evade platform safeguards; scrape or mass-copy third-party content; or publish to an account you do not own or have authority to manage. Postnero is intended for original content creators own or have permission to use.

5. Scheduling and availability

Scheduled times are targets, not guarantees. Publishing can be delayed or fail because of network conditions, platform processing, expired authorization, account restrictions, service maintenance, or third-party outages. Review the final content and status in both Postnero and the destination platform. After publishing, the destination platform may take a few minutes to process content before it appears on your profile.

6. Plans, billing, and media retention

Postnero may offer Free and paid subscription plans. Current prices, limits, and included features are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period until cancelled through the billing portal. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewal and preserves paid access through the current paid period.

To operate an affordable service, generated publishing media is automatically removed after the retention period disclosed for your plan. The exact cleanup date is shown after a post is published. The post record remains, but you should keep your own copies of content you need to preserve.

7. Early access

Postnero is an early-access service. Features, supported platforms, limits, and prices may change as the product develops. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated to protect the service, users, or third parties; respond to misuse; comply with law; or address material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect connected social accounts at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Postnero does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publication, reach, engagement, or preservation of content. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
